DIY Diary: When i'm bored...

I try out new stuff!

Call me itchy hands, whatever!  They make great stuff :D
Lesson 1: Dont dash your tailor or seamstress your leftover ankara or fabric, they are ALWAYS useful. You could tell your seamstress to combine all your leftover fabric and make a nice top or a hair piece or a clutch  but you will definitely need some professional help with that (you can see me in camera for a design, i will be glad to help :D ) Cool stuff right? used mine for something different though...

I got different fabrics and stitched them together, you can make out a pattern with your stitches if you like, mine is simply in boxes.

Place a frame on the stitched surface and mark out the openings and make cuts to fit them and #Glue #Glue #Glue. You can ask an art store near you for a suitable glue.

Finish up with a plain matching piece of fabric on the inside

Done!
#On to the next one... See ya *kisses*
